SERVICE As a water filtration customer, you’ll have access to our Customer Service Department 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. If you should require a service call, we guarantee that a technician will be on your site within 4 hours, maximum. Average response time is just 60 minutes. In addition, as part of our routine maintenance protocol, all filtration devices in your units will be replaced periodically by our service technicians—either quarterly or every 6 months, depending on usage levels. |

Since 1989, when it was first launched as a regional supplier of bottle-less coolers, Spectrum has grown to become a nationwide vendor, serving clients in 38 states and Canada. We’re proud to offer our customers Innowave® Solutions, Spectrum’s top-of-the-line water filtration technology. Among their many advantages, Innowave® units incorporate an array of certified UV filters that are proven to remove sediment, carbon and other contaminants. Circulating, self-sanitizing UV lights inactivate bacteria, prevent bio-film deposits and keep the systems operating efficiently. In addition, NSF*-certified filters are used to reduce chlorine, remove contaminants, and improve the taste and color of your water. |

EQUIPMENT With Innowave®, you’ll never have to lift, store or replace heavy bottles again. This patented bottle-less technology automatically refills units, as needed, to provide a virtually endless supply of fresh, clean-tasting water—on demand. The large dispensing area is designed to accommodate oversized cups and bottles. And all filters are fully tested and certified to remove sediment, carbon and other contaminants. As an added advantage, each Innowave® unit can be configured to accommodate local water conditions. The self-cleaning unit uses recirculating UV light to inactivate bacteria and prevent bio-film deposits from building up. Reverse osmosis systems are also available. All filters are replaced on a regular basis by a certified service technician.
