Superb cuisine is prepared by the staff of The Summit Gourmet by Continental, paying special attention to detail and offering the finest service. Whether you choose an individual, buffet or family style dinner, The Summit Gourmet by Continental will cater to your individual tastes and special requirements with freshly prepared fine cuisine. Off-premise catering is also available.For an outdoor wedding ceremony we offer a beautiful gazebo in Heritage Park or the historic Bartlett-Travis House. Cherry Hill School is also available for small ceremonies. If your reception is held at the Summit, an indoor setting may be available. Conveniently located in the heart of Canton Township,  Summit on the Park offers a luxurious but business-like setting for corporate meetings, conferences, seminars, banquets, and golf outings.  The main lobby—also known as the Great Hall—is an ideal pre-function space for receptions, informal gatherings, vendor showcases, or check-in tables. With its sweeping chandeliers and floor-to-ceiling windows, the highly versatile Grand Ballroom is able to accommodate as many as 400 guests with classroom-style seating.  Summit also offers a lecture-style, 65-seat classroom fully equipped for PowerPoint presentations.  Patio areas opening onto the nearby park and golf course provide opportunities for outdoor entertaining.

Adjacent to Summit on the Park, the Pheasant Run Golf Club is a scenic and challenging course that appeals to golfers of all abilities.  Designed by world-renowned golf architect Arthur Hills, the course has earned three-and-a-half stars from Golf Digest Magazine.  For the ultimate golf outing, we suggest a hearty breakfast at the Fore Star Grill, followed by an invigorating round of golf, a cocktail and hors-d’oeuvre reception on the patio at Summit on the Park, and dinner in the Grand Ballroom.
