SERVICE Once you decide on an office coffee program, you’ll be supported by a team of Continental Canteen professionals. First, an account manager will be assigned to your office coffee service and, during monthly visits, will consult with you to evaluate sales results and make product suggestions. Then each week, a Continental Canteen route driver will inventory your coffee stations, make deliveries and perform routine service and cleaning on all equipment. Our delivery drivers are recognized within the industry for their conscientious service—and their remarkable 98.5% customer retention rate. You’ll also have access to our Customer Service Department 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
